Fujifilm was first to offer a 3D camera for the average consumer, and now they release the W3 that can also record HD video in 3D. 3D has had its ups and downs and now it’s growing again. A year ago came the Fujifilm W1, the world’s first 3D camera for consumers. It was large and had two lenses offset from each other. Now is the successor W3 is here, and it still nearly as large and with two lenses.

But add to that all the new features such as the ability to also record moving pictures in HD (720p). W3 has also been equipped with miniHDMI, so you can easily forward its images and video to a 3DTV. The chubby camera, which of course can also record and take pictures in 2D, is for sale in the UK for £399.
