Above we see two rendered images of what would be the HP WebOS tablet. It comes with a 9-inch screen and the model in the picture above is known as Topaz inside HP’s walls. It will be launched together with a 7-inch version, which HP calls Opal. The two models will come equipped with a micro USB port and a video call camera. We do not know whatelse is hiding inside the product’s glossy exterior.
According to Engadget, which published the pictures, we will see HP Palm tablets land in stores sometime later this year, likely in September. The two models will be launched in several different versions; some with only Wi-Fi and a couple with UMTS and a EV-DO modem. The models will no doubt be presented at HP’s WebOS-event.
